Hani Aman, CEO of “eastern smoke – eastern company”, said that the company benefited from the previous government tender program, and the experience was the most successful.
He pointed out that the company benefited from the entry of new investors into its ownership structure during 2019, explaining that what happened in eastern Dukhan is a great success experience for the rest of the companies.
The Egyptian government had sold about 4.5% during 2019 of the shares of its subsidiary eastern smoke company, up to a maximum of 101,250,00 shares.
"Aman" explained that Eastern smoke has since conducted a restructuring of branches and employees, and continues to achieve good annual results.
