The board of Directors of eastern company has approved the business results and financial statements for the first nine months of the fiscal year 2022-2023.
The results of the eastern company's business showed the nine months of the fiscal year 2022-2023, achieving total sales of 54.8 billion pounds, a growth rate of 7%.
This compares to total sales of EGP 5.14 billion during the corresponding nine months of the fiscal year 2021-2022.
Eastern company's net profit increased by 24.4% to EGP 5.29 billion, compared to EGP 4.24 billion during the first nine months of the previous fiscal year 2021-2022.
Hani Aman, CEO and managing director of eastern company, said that despite achieving good results in the third quarter of 2022-2023, and the nine combined months, the real challenge is the continuity in continuing to achieve these results in light of the continued increase in production inputs, and increasing costs.
